Wicked Growth Club teaches reps to use AI on the work they already do, with the verification habits that keep them credible with buyers.
Everyone was talking about AI. Almost nobody knew how to actually operationalize it.
We kept seeing companies buy AI tools, run AI workshops, experiment with ChatGPT and announce ambitious AI initiatives. Underneath the surface, most teams were still doing their work the way they had for years. The technology had changed. The workflows had not.
The question that kept coming up was not "What is AI?" It was "How do I actually use this in my job?"
That question brought together a group of operators, marketers, sales leaders, technologists and entrepreneurs who had spent years building businesses and revenue organizations from the ground up. We were not approaching AI from a classroom. We were approaching it from inside businesses.
We had all seen the same problem from different angles: talented people spending enormous amounts of time on work that should have been automated, systems that did not talk to each other, information trapped in spreadsheets and inboxes, salespeople doing administrative work instead of selling, marketers spending hours moving data between platforms, and leaders trying to figure out what AI actually meant for their organizations.
That became the founding principle of the program:
AI education should not teach people how to use another tool. It should teach them how to redesign the way they work.
The goal was never another course about writing prompts. The goal was a practical framework for turning AI into an operating layer for modern revenue teams. People leave knowing how to identify repetitive work, map a workflow, decide where AI belongs, connect the right systems, automate the predictable steps, keep human judgment where it matters, and measure whether the change created value.
We did not start with AI and look for a problem to solve. We started with the problems businesses were already experiencing and asked where AI could fundamentally change how the work gets done.
Experienced operators from different disciplines who came together to build a practical method for applying AI to modern business workflows.
Marketing, growth, revenue operations, automation and customer acquisition. About 15 years across marketing and revenue organizations, building demand generation programs, digital experiences, CRM systems, automation, analytics infrastructure, sales processes, SEO programs and growth engines.
Deep experience across demand generation, performance marketing, digital marketing, search and growth.
Years of sales, business development and customer experience.
An entrepreneur who helped build and operate a growing renewable energy business.
The operational and customer experience perspective.
The technical perspective: software development, workflow automation, AI systems, and the emerging ability to have AI build and operate software, not just generate text.
The methodology came from problems we met in real businesses, including service businesses, where a broken process means missed opportunities, frustrated customers, wasted labor and lost revenue. Our combined experience includes:
We are not teaching AI in isolation. We are teaching people how to put AI to work. We are not trying to predict what AI might eventually do. We are focused on what people can build with it today.
AI should not simply make companies produce more. It should make people more capable.
The best use of AI is not replacing human judgment. It is removing the repetitive, mechanical and administrative work that keeps people from using their judgment in the first place.
The companies that win with AI will not necessarily be the companies with the most tools. They will be the companies that learn how to redesign their work.
Every lab uses real accounts and deals. Knowledge that isn't applied doesn't last.
AI drafts. Humans verify, add judgment and build the relationship.
The best AI teams share prompts, skills and wins every week.
